ICC confirms Zimbabwe as World Cup Qualifier host

Zimbabwe will host the ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier, the International Cricket Council has confirmed.
The matches will be held in March of 2018.
ICC Chairman Shashank Manohar in a recent visit to Zimbabwe had said this would happen but had to be confirmed by the ICC board meeting in England.
10 teams including the hosts, West Indies and Afghanistan will vie for two spots at the ODI world cup in 2019.
Namibia have been confirmed as the host of the ICC World Cricket League Division 2 in February 2018 whilst the Netherlands have been approved as the host of the ICC Women’s World Twenty20 Qualifier 2018.
