Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe has failed to resign as anticipated, defying his own ZANU-PF party, the military and the public. He acknowledges criticism from the latter but still pledged to preside over the party’s December congress. He still has until midday today to resign and avoid impeachment. Joining us in studio is Ambassador Charles Stith from the African Presidential Leadership Centre, and via Skype former Zimbabwean Finance Minister Tendai Biti.
