ZIPAM’s role is to design, implement training, consultancy and research for the civil service, local authorities and parastatals.
The Zimbabwe Institute of Public Administration and Management (ZIPAM) was established in 1984, it came into being mainly concerned with capacity problems of new civil service entrants who had been recruited into the civil service after 1989 when Zimbabwe became independent.
