·         Oversee overall management, planning and controls of scheduled operational work activities.

Teach For Zimbabwe.

·         Online teaching of underprivildged children in remote areas.

• Successfully implemented a new project on processing of Dried Fruits and Vegetables at Mutoko project to help farmers in making use of their produce by selling the excess towards drying

·         Managed to introduce e-record keeping moving away from the book system.

·         Successfully trained various farmers on goat production who went to take goat farming as a business.

·         Successfully introduced study breeding record system software.

·         Managed to market our goats at Harare Agricultural Show and won the first prize in Livestock production.

·         Managed to prepare proposal and farm records which were approved by ZAGP which is funded under EU to be of international standards.

Insurance Recovery Clerk                                                               2018-2018

Jambo Legal Practice

·         Managed to do recovery of debts from vehicle insurance companies and third parties who were found guilty.

·         Successfully followed up on payments from clients and made sure they pay on the stipulated period of time.

·         I was involved in communicating and negotiating payment plans with clients whose vehicles had not been insured on the time of the accident.

·          I was able to use skills in tracking down clients who provided wrong contact details on the scene of the accident.
