Mupfure is a river in Zimbabwe, Mashonaland West Province, near Mutual. Mupfure has a length of 19.49 kilometres.
The river has its source in Mashonaland East province and it crosses into Mashonaland West province. It joins Sanyati River which flows northwards and drains into the Zambezi River.
Another name for the river is Umfuli. It has no boats in it.
