Ernest Mackina
Ernest Mackina is a celebrity photographer who was born and raised in Bulawayo who has been taking the country by storm with international-level photography since 2015.
Ernest Mackina is a global citizen and founder of Photo-Hub Zimbabwe, a creative space for photography enthusiasts. With a keen interest in the disciplines of new media management and sustainable development, he is an active member in the Career Guidance Community at NUST where he mentors innovators and creatives.
He currently seats on the British Council Management Express Steering Committee and is the Rotaract District Events convenor for the region 9210 comprising Zimbabwe, Northern Mozambique, Malawi and Zambia. He also serves on the committee for the iHav Africa Foundation in Ghana and is the Communications Officer for Taungana Africa in South Africa.
Mackina also holds a Masters in Library and Information Science and is currently applying for a doctorate, whilst lecturing full time at the National University of Science and Technology.
