Napoleon Nyanhi
Zimbabwean radio and television personality.
Napoleon Nyanhi “DJ Napstar” is a Zimbabwean radio and TV personality. He is the host of Economic Forum on ZBC and producer and presenter of talk shows on Star FM.
Background:
Napoleon started his career in 2006 when he joined Gary Thompson and Associates on student attachment and worked on their TV Production sets as a production assistant. He worked on shows such as One on One; Money or the Box; and A-Academy. He also did voice over recordings for some of these TV shows and other commercials.In 2007 he joined Celebration Ministries International as an intern in the TV Department. He worked at the ministry for 5 years as a cameraman, scriptwriter, director and eventually producer.In 2011 he was appointed the role of production manager for C Media in charge of four departments namely TV production, Graphic design, Duplication services and a Bookstore.

Napoleon has been host and master of ceremonies at over 150 events in Zimbabwe and abroad. Some of the major events he has been a part include:
- Celebration music USA tour 2009. He hosted the performances in 11 American states and 22 venues
- The Zimbabwe Youth Policy launch 2013 officiated by President Robert Mugabe
- Host of Zimbabwe Music Awards 2014
- Boost – Enactus National Championships 2014
- Over 40 weddings in a 4 year period

He has also excelled as a journalist despite not having any formal training in the field. This got him invited to cover the red carpet at regional awards ceremonies including the South African Music Awards 2014 and the MTV Africa Music Awards 2014. He subsequently made history as the first Zimbabwean journalist to do live coverage of a ceremony outside Zimbabwe.
